Project Description
The cello: played by Anna Lang-from delicate bowing to percussive tapping.
The trombone: played by Alois Eberl—from singing tones to hissing breaths. In
between, beatboxing or pulsating stomp box sounds and all sorts of
indescribable, spontaneous sounds. Add to that virtuoso improvisations and
clever arrangements. The multi-award-winning duo of Anna Lang and Alois
Eberl draws on their entire range of instruments to create a unique sound:
Sinfonic Art Pop. Honored by the New Austrian Sound of Music program and
the prestigious FOCUS ACT grant, the duo was selected in 2024 as Austria's
entry for the European Showcases at Jazzahead! Bremen.
