Projekt Beschreibung

The Viennese trio slowklang pushes the boundaries of traditional song forms and plays with spherical, contemporary improvisation. Unconventional, sometimes calm, sometimes tension-filled, from delicate, fragile moments to powerful, groovy passages – in the unusual lineup of vocals/saxophone/electric bass + foot organ slowklang presents a band sound that is equally refreshing and captivating. Robin Gadermaier with his unique bass playing (E-Bass and foot organ) and Robert Unterköfler's uncompromising saxophone lines create the musical structure over which Amina Bouroyen's precise and heartfelt vocals effortlessly soar.
