The music of the trio KO·AX on their second album "Immersion", released in 2023, could be described as a large postmodern playground: tricky grooves combine with repetitive patterns, twelve-tone structures, poppy keyboard sounds as well as dissonant cluster interjections to create a surprising musical whole.
The KO·AX musicians, who have been working together and composing collectively since 2015 and made their debut in 2017 with "Loose Frames", are united by their Tyrolean roots, their studies at the Anton Bruckner Private University in Linz and their good name in the Viennese Jazz scene.
