Revirado Project -tango jazz fusion- is an artistic collective founded in Vienna in 2013 that fuses mainly Argentine and Latin American music with jazz, but also includes original compositions, experimentation and spontaneous creation.
Under the artistic direction of saxophonist and composer Enrique Thompson and a bright line-up of musicians from around the world, the album captures the essence of Revirado Project's journey. With 9 albums published, the last one, “Song for Someone” is a mosaic of tango, jazz, and Argentine folk that encapsulates years of artistic journey through creative collaboration, set against the backdrop of unexpected challenges and serendipitous encounters.
