Project Description
Singer Amina Bouroyen founded the trio slowklang (with Robin Gadermaier and Robert Unterköfler), is a member of the vocal ensemble HALS and active in her latest project, the Bouroyen Reisigl Duo: In 2025, she released the EP Foam with Anna Reisigl, previewing their October '26 debut on JazzWerkstatt Records—a project balancing minimalism and experimental openness. Since 2024, her releases include 'Mindscapes' (slowklang, '24), 'free fall a cappella' (HALS, '25), and 2 singles with the Vienna Composers Big Band ('25). She performs regularly both in Austria and abroad and earned an Austrian Jazz Prize '25 nomination, "New Austrian Sound of Music" 25/26 selection, 'Kick Jazz' invitations ('24, '25, '26), and 1st Prize at the Tampere Vocal Music Festival '25 (FIN) (with HALS).
