FEMININITY PLUS JAZZ AND CHANSON
Her love of poetry inspired Katrin Weber to create her new album “Trieb”. Of the eleven songs featured on “Trieb”, five are based on poems by female authors such as Else Lasker-Schüler or Dorothy Parker.
The music is passionate, stirring and above all authentic.
Historically, poetry and music are inextricably linked. The setting of mainly female poetry to music has formed the core of Katrin Weber's work in recent years.
The album Trieb is a swan song to perfection.
