The album 'Unimportant Things' is an unedited, 45-minute musical flow that connects András Dés' compositions with freely improvised parts, creating a long, continuous journey. Percussionist András Dés formed the quartet with Martin Eberle, Philipp Nykrin, and Márton Fenyvesi to capture the essence of European jazz: diversity, openness, and attentiveness describe their music. Eberle explores the limits of his trumpet with rhythmic precision and expressive timbres, while Nykrin's playing spans a wide range of tones and textures. Fenyvesi excels in traditional jazz and rock guitar playing and captivates with electronic sounds. Dés contributes his playful, precise, and imaginative rhythmic world.
