Album: datreveno

The trio akk:zent has existed for over ten years, during which time it has tried out many things. Do two intertwined orchestras challenge the saxophone to stand up to this force of sound? Or are there five individual voices that can ensnare each other or even get in each other's way productively? With their fourth album “datreveno”, the three musicians wanted to deliver something like an “idealistic overview” of their previous work, not without coming up with new pieces (apart from “Grauschattenschein”). For example, the joy of playing on the first album from 2012 (when 2/3 of the band had not even grown up yet) or the complexity of the arrangements on the second album were to be taken even further.
