Album: Live at Kulturhauptstadt

In 2024, the trio "znap" expanded into the sextet "znap extended." Joining the lineup are German Jazz Prize winner Silke Eberhard, Lorenz Raab—highly successful in both jazz and classical music—and the masterful team player Martin Bayer. The group’s most recent musical gathering resulted in the album "Live at Kulturhauptstadt" (Waschsalon Records, 2026), which is now available to listen to. "znap extended" performs multifaceted creative jazz, featuring playful nods to Bad Ischl (the Austrian imperial summer retreat), free improvisation concepts, and brilliant solo moments. The group captivates with its sheer joy of playing and artistic freedom.
