Album: All in Good Time

With the mission of diversifying stages, Monika Herzig founded Sheroes 10 years ago featuring a group of the world's leading female jazz instrumenalists and their compositional voices. With mostly modern jazz compositions, the repertoire often includes third stream elements as well as sophisticated arrangements of meaningful pop songs. The compositions on this album are exclusively by the two artists working in Austria, Monika Herzig and Gina Schwarz. The group is touring worldwide in support of the new album this year with invitations to the largest contemporary jazz festivals, including the DC Jazz Fest, the Detroit Jazz Festival, Jazz Femina in Madrid, and the Jazzmandu Festival in Nepal.
