Liveact: In Trialogue

On April 6, 2024, the Austrian experimental vocalist and interdisciplinary artist Luisa Muhr performed at Porgy & Bess in Vienna in a debut trio with Swiss tenor saxophonist María Grand and the Vienna-based American guitarist Eric Arn. The three musicians explore new acoustic worlds together through free improvisation with great skill and clarity. Muhr sings sounds in these improvisations that resemble invented, magical languages, one of her trademarks. Together with saxophone and guitar, the three form a symbiosis of active listening and a sound landscape of a very special kind.
