Liveact: ALPKAN

ALPKAN live - that means: the band sings, breaks the trombone into its individual parts, sings through the trumpet mute and lists all the different types of shoes in the world. With "Machma" you imagine yourself in Arabia, with "Schuach" you are in Mexico, with the tuba solo in the Australian outback and with "Haut" and "Horses" at the Serbian Guča Festival. Since its inception, ALPKAN has "played" concert halls, legendary clubs, theatres, castles, botanical gardens, churches, prisons and pubs. Highlights have included performances at Porgy&Bess, the Saalfelden Jazz Festival, Palais Liechtenstein and joint concerts with Maxi Pongratz, Fritz Egger and Cobario. And finally, the small tour through Germany at Haberkasten Mühldorf/Inn, Jazzclub Hürth near Cologne and Philharmonie Essen.
