Abuzar Manafzade has won 18 prizes in international piano competitions and performed globally in Austria, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Germany, Spain, the USA, and more. He earned his Master’s in Piano from Anton Bruckner Private University in Linz and simultaneously completed a five-year Diploma in Orchestral Conducting at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (mdw), becoming the first Azerbaijani to achieve this. Manafzade has conducted the Vienna Symphony Orchestra and ORF Radio Symphony Orchestra at prestigious venues such as the Wiener Konzerthaus and Musikverein. As a composer, he enjoys creating and performing original pieces that blend classical music with jazz and traditional Azerbaijani music. Based in Vienna, Manafzade continues to compose and perform worldwide.
