Newcomer: Matthäus Schnöll

Matthäus is a versatile drummer from the Salzburg region, who has been pursuing his IGP studies at the Bruckner University under the guidance of Jeff Boudreaux and Herbert Pirker since September 2022. Additionally, he has benefited from the expertise of renowned teachers such as Harald Tanscheck, Wolfgang Reisinger, and Alex Deutsch. Artistically, Matthäus is active as a session musician in various bands and combos. In 2024, he completed a successful two-week tour through Austria and Germany with the Eingang Quintet, performing at prestigious venues such as Zwe in Vienna, B-Flat in Berlin, and Blue Note in Dresden. Moreover, the young drummer has already shared the stage with well-known artists such as Cafe Drechsler, Peter Herbert, and Dejan Pecenko.
