Newcomer: Felix Biller

Felix Biller is a pianist, composer and music teacher. His main artistic focus is on the trio PRIM. Their latest album "Meridian Steps" has received excellent reviews, with one reviewer stating: "Biller and his piano really shine here" (MainlyPiano, US). The band was e.g. selected for musik aktuell - neue musik in NÖ 2023. He is also active in the group LaRisa. With the composition "Demon Crazy?" he was a finalist in the Austrian Composers Young Jazz Award 2022. His musical activities have taken him across Europe, the USA and through China, to workshops (e.g. the Intl. Jazz Platform), festivals (e.g. jazzahead! Bremen, Jazz Fest Wiesen, Nišville Jazz Festival, Intl. Jazz Piano Festival Kalisz, Mladi Ladi Jazz) or the film business (documentary Allesandersplatz Berlin).
