Newcomer: Anna Lang

Anna Lang performs at international festivals and on stage as a versatile cellist, pianist, and composer in the multi-award-winning duo Sinfonia de Carnaval with Alois Eberl. She expresses her enthusiasm for creating something new through creative musical interpretations of various theater, literary, and film music projects, as well as progressive solo cello programs. "Images-whether moving or still-have been a powerful influence on me since my earliest childhood. The magic of theater and film has always held a tremendous appeal for me. Having grown up surrounded by the artistic output of three generations of visual artists, it comes naturally to me to translate this powerful inspiration from the visual and dramatic arts into sound."
