Guitarist and composer with a great prestige earned in Buenos Aires, he came to Austria with the personal challenge of extending his musical horizons, with jazz as a main axis and his Latin-American roots standing out his music style.
The first material expression of this european journey resulted in the recording of Martin ́s second album on May 2022 with the participation of the british renowned saxophonist Julian Argüelles.
Iaies ́ music is permanently looking for variety. His songs move not only through different metrics, but also through a great variety of grooves: an Argentine zamba can coexist with a slow and heartbreaking blues and even a pop song without losing the coherence of the album. And always with a subtle and modern handling of melody and harmony.
