The Austrian jazz trio 'Full Crimp' follows on from their debut album Crux, released in February 2023, with their album Chroma. In this project, the three musicians have expanded the small line-up by nine musicians, creating a kind of jazz chamber music ensemble. The concept of the album was awarded the Joe Zawinul Prize in 2022.
By combining artists from both the classical and jazz scenes, a body of sound was initiated that operates under the mantle of jazz, but still makes music without limiting itself to a way of thinking.
