The Jazz Orchestra Vorarlberg (JOV) celebrates its 20th anniversary with a remarkable series of 20 concerts. From September 2025 to June 2026, the ensemble served as the official stage band of Vienna’s renowned jazz club Porgy & Bess, presenting a different programme each month and creating numerous musical highlights. The anniversary season also included an Austria-Germany tour with the 5/8erl in Ehr’n, featuring a performance at the prestigious Wiener Konzerthaus. Highlights were sold-out concerts at Festspielhaus Bregenz and Montforthaus Feldkirch with the Symphonieorchester Vorarlberg. For the occasion, Martin Eberle and Benny Omerzell composed INSOMNIAC DREAMS, a full-length work for this powerful combination that deeply moved audiences and earned standing ovations.
